Nous recherchons un nouveau colocataire pour notre appartement situé rue du Tertre, dans le centre-ville de Neuchâtel. Une chambre de 15 m² meublée dun lit est disponible dès maintenant pour une reprise de bail en octobre 2026.
Actuellement, nous sommes deux colocataires, Gabriele et Olena, tous deux chercheurs.e à l'université. Nous aimons cuisiner, aller au marché, faire du sport, et profiter du lac et de la forêt. L'appartement de 120 m² est un duplex entièrement meublé et équipé avec deux terrasses et deux salles de bain.
Nous recherchons quelqu'un de propre, qui apprécie le cinéma, la cuisine, et les moments partagés en colocation, tout en ayant ses propres activités. Lappartement se situe à quatre minutes à pied de la gare et toutes autre commodité. Pour trois personnes, le loyer toutes charges est de ~930 CHF par personne.

We are looking for a new roommate for our apartment located on Rue du Tertre, in the city center of Neuchâtel. A 15 m² furnished room with a bed is available immediately for a lease takeover in October 2026.
Currently, there are two of us, Gabriele and Olena, both researchers at the university. We enjoy cooking, going to the market, doing sports, and spending time by the lake and in the forest. The 120 m² duplex apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with two terraces and two bathrooms.
We are looking for someone clean, who enjoys cinema, cooking, and shared moments in the house, while also having their own activities. The apartment is a four-minute walk from the train station and close to all other amenities.
For three people, the rent including all charges is ~930 CHF per person.
