I'm looking for a female subtenant for my room in a shared apartment from January 1st, 2027 to June 30th, 2027, as I'm going abroad. The room is furnished and the monthly rent is 1238 chf (excluding electricity and internet and furniture). The appartment has 2 bathrooms and we have our own washing machine as well as dryer in the flat. The apartment is located right on Bucheggplatz and you would share it with two other female flat mates who both work. We try to eat dinner together from time to time, but otherwise we also have our own plans and just spontaneously meet up in the kitchen for a chat etc. It is important that you know how to stick to a cleaning schedule and we try to be quiet later in the evening because we all get up rather early.
