We are renting open sub-areas within a spacious community space, ranging from 20 m² to a total of 175 m², available immediately or by arrangement. The areas are not separated by construction, but form an open space.
This open design promotes direct exchange and collaborative cooperation with other tenants. 

For personal items or confidential materials, lockable furniture can be installed individually on site. A structural separation of the area is not possible.
