The Property

The off-grid home fits seamlessly into this natural landscape being a custom built timber frame.  The craftsmanship is next level and natural materials from the surrounding area are showcased throughout the home.  It is warm and cozy, thanks to a generous wood stove, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a large studio upstairs which could be used as a master bedroom.  This home runs off-grid with a solar system.  

The field next to the house is game fenced and includes a cold climate orchard (over 30 fruit trees and berries), as well as a ¾ acre stock paddock and ½ acre market garden with raised beds.  All organic practices have been used.  In addition to this, there is a greenhouse, heated shop, insulated solar power shed, tool shed, wall tent and a sea-can.
