Living quality

The cozy studio is accessed through a side entrance. You first enter a foyer that also serves as access to the building services and basement rooms. From there, you enter the actual studio. The open living, dining, and sleeping area can be furnished well and is pleasantly bright thanks to sufficient windows. A small seating area is available on the side and in front of the apartment. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountain and valley landscape.

Kitchen and bathroom

The small, open kitchen is in a newer condition and functionally equipped. The bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink is bright, modern, and also in a newer condition.

Building quality / standard

The 5-family house was built in 1984 in the chalet style and presents itself in a well-maintained condition. The apartment itself is in a very good condition and has been largely renovated. All windows were replaced in 2023. The walls are partly in wood paneling, partly in white abrasion. The ceiling is equipped with a beautiful wooden cladding, the floor is modern in gray. The oil heating system was replaced in 2015, and the heat distribution is via radiators. A basement compartment and an outdoor parking space round out the offer.
