We want to exchange our beautiful and very bright 4.5-room ground-floor apartment in the quiet Hofmatt Quartier in Solothurn for a single-family home in the Solothurn municipality because our apartment is too small for us with the children. Thanks to the comprehensive renovation in 2023, you can expect modern living comfort on approximately 100 m² of living space. The apartment includes three rooms, a kitchen, an open living and dining area, and two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC). Except for the bathroom with bathtub/WC, the apartment was completely renovated in the spring/summer of 2023.

The apartment includes a north garden (approx. 16m2), a south garden (terrace approx. 36m2), and a basement compartment (approx. 20m2). The green space in front of the south terrace is maintained by the caretaker. The house also includes a laundry room with a drying room. A combined washing machine/tumble dryer is built into the kitchen.

A parking space in the garage completes the offer. Additional outdoor parking spaces can be rented at a low cost from the administration.

The relationship among the neighbors is very friendly and helpful.
