Hello everyone,
We are renting out a workspace in a beautiful coworking space for 6 months, starting in May. The space is located in Kleinhüningen, directly along the Lange Erlen river, in a quiet and pleasant environment.
The workspace includes:
A large desk with additional storage surface (approx. 150 x 180 cm)
Personal storage with drawers
Chair included
ca. 3m² of personal working area
The space is shared with 4 architects and landscape architects and offers:
Shared kitchenette with dishwasher, two stovetops, and sink
Shared WC
Meeting table / meeting area
Color A3 printer (costs based on usage)
Wi-Fi, heating, and monthly cleaning included
Small storage room
Display window for exhibitions (upon agreement)
Small outdoor area for eating in the summer
The atmosphere is quiet, creative, and collaborative, ideal for people in design-related fields.
