Hello everyone,

We are renting out a workspace in a beautiful coworking space for 6 months, starting in May. The space is located in Kleinhüningen, directly along the Lange Erlen river, in a quiet and pleasant environment.

The workspace includes:

  • A large desk with additional storage surface (approx. 150 x 180 cm)

  • Personal storage with drawers

  • Chair included

  • ca. 3m² of personal working area

The space is shared with 4 architects and landscape architects and offers:

  • Shared kitchenette with dishwasher, two stovetops, and sink

  • Shared WC

  • Meeting table / meeting area

  • Color A3 printer (costs based on usage)

  • Wi-Fi, heating, and monthly cleaning included

  • Small storage room

  • Display window for exhibitions (upon agreement)

  • Small outdoor area for eating in the summer

The atmosphere is quiet, creative, and collaborative, ideal for people in design-related fields.
