On July 1, 2026, I'm moving away for a new job and leaving a wonderful room available. Also, another flatmate is moving out, so there are 2 rooms available! (one immediately and the other on 1st July).
Location - Rue de Lausanne, just a 10-minute walk from the Renens train station and a short bus ride from Flon. Very well connected to EPFL or UNIL (25-minute walk).
The apartment - 125 m2 with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 large terraces (north and south). It also includes a storage room.
Your room - Its quite spacious (approx. 14 m2) and has an added bonus: direct access to the north-facing terrace.
Amenities - A grocery store open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM right on the ground floor, a real gem in Switzerland! Additionally, other stores like Migros and Lidl are just a 5-minute walk away. There are also restaurants nearby.
About you and us - We are two young people (around 26 years old), PhD students (in mathematics and computer science), who prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment. We are ideally looking for a young, quiet, non-smoking person, perhaps a PhD student or a young professional.
Rent - 1,175 CHF, including internet and utilities, with a small supplement for electricity (about 15 CHF per month). This is a sublease.
