Da ich mit meinem Partner zusammenziehe, suche ich per 01.08.2026 eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich-Witikon.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnlage und bietet eine offene Küche sowie eine gemütliche Terrasse bzw. einen Sitzplatz. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die Kombination aus naturnahem Wohnen und der gleichzeitig guten Anbindung an die Stadt Zürich.

As I am moving in with my partner, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment in Zurich-Witikon starting August 1, 2026.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and features an open kitchen as well as a cozy terrace/private outdoor seating area. One of the things I appreciated most about living here is the combination of being close to nature while still having easy access to the city center of Zurich.
