Der Zaun kann vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Ein Geräteschuppen für Gartenmaterial, Velo und Töff ist angebaut. Die Heizung besteht aus einem Pellet-Zimmerofen, welcher selbstständig auf die programmierte Temperatur heizt. Glasfaseranschluss für schnelles Internet ist installiert.

Im Winter hat es Schnee und die Kantonsstrasse, die zum Dorf führt, ist kurvenreich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Wila sowie Dussnang (ca.7 km) Volg, und Turbenthal sowie Sirnach (ca. 10 km) Migros und Coop.
