Les appartements sont situés dans une maison de trois familles récemment rénovée, dans une impasse très calme au bord de la forêt. L'arrêt de bus est à 250 mètres. Si vous préférez arriver en voiture, vous avez à votre disposition un parking et une station de recharge pour véhicules électriques. Les supermarchés ALDI, Denner et Migros sont à 280 mètres dans le centre de Witikon. La forêt, idéale pour les joggeurs et les amoureux de la nature, se trouve directement au bout de la rue.

La salle de bain est équipée d'un WC Geberit avec bidet, d'une baignoire spacieuse, ainsi que d'une machine à laver Miele et d'un sèche-linge Miele. De petits ventilateurs dans la cuisine, la salle de bain et toutes les chambres assurent des températures agréables et préviennent la formation de moisissure en hiver.
