This apartment is modern, state-of-the-art furnished and close to the center of Baden with it's train Station, that will bring you fast to cities, like Zürich. The Bus stop is a 1 Minute walk, and the ride to the center of Baden takes about 12 Minutes.

The none-smoking apartment is fully fitted, and has a balcony facing south with beautiful view to green and forest. The center piece is the living room with open space to dining and kitchen. It has a Flat HD Digital TV with more than 140 channels (also internationals), Audio, WLAN/Internet on request.

The open, top modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery for 6 people, fridge with freezer part, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven and microwave. Double set of Bed sheets and bath towels, iron and iron board are standard equipment too.

A washer/dryer is available in the basement at no cost. The garage in the basement offers parking lots at CHF 120.00/Mt., not included in the rent, depending on availability. Parking outside is available.   

Included in the rent are all additional cost such as WLAN, heating, water and a private and lockable space in the basement. Electrical power is NOT included.

There is a one-time fee of CHF 270.00 for final cleaning. Minimum stay is 6 months. We offer bi-weekly cleaning service and change of linen/towels at a small surcharge.

The A1 highway is only 2 Min. away and there is a bus stop 100m away with buses to Baden every 7 minutes. The ride to Baden train station takes 12 Min. and there you have connections to cities like Zürich, Basel, Bern, Aarau, Brugg.  Baden is a city with great infrastructure, a lively city and club happenings. The cultural offers are wide and there are also many sport and free time activities.
