Die monatliche Miete dieses Nichtraucher Studios versteht sich inklusive Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet und sämtlicher Nebenkosten. Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Monat bis langzeit. 1- 6 Monate ist 1750.-/Monat, ab 6 Monate ist 1650.-/Monat. Die Endreinigung beträgt obligatorisch CHF 270.00. It offers a Flat HD Digital TV with over 200 channels, incl. international Stations,  WLAN/Internet, bed linen, towels, etc. The brand new and top modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery for 4 people, fridge with freezer part, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, micro wave and stove. Bed sheets and bath towels, iron and iron board are standard equipment too. Included in the rent are all additional cost such as WLAN, Electricity, Heating, Water and the use of washer-dryer in the basement. There is a mandatory one-time fee of CHF 270.00 for final cleaning. Stay of 1- 6 months is 1750.-/month, 6 months plus at 1650.-/month. We offer bi-weekly cleaning service and change of linen/towels at a monthly surcharge.
