- Equipped apartments with kitchen, living room, sleeping area and bathroom;

- Complete inventory for kitchen (plates, glasses, pots, etc.), sleeping area and bathroom (towels);

- Ancillary costs (electricity, water);

- Wi-Fi;

- Smart TV (Serafe excl.);

- Breakfast (croissant and coffee).

But that's not all!

This fantastic and innovative living concept is free from contractual restrictions regarding the minimum stay and can also be booked for 4 weeks up to a maximum of 52 weeks.
