The house is close (120 meters) to the tram and bus station "Breite" (tram No. 3 and bus No. 36. Within 2 minutes there is a fitness center.

Many medium and small shops (Migros, Coop, bakery) are very close.

The connections by tram to Aeschenplatz (city center) and to St. Jakob and Dreispitz by bus are very good (connection every 7 minutes) . The headquater (towers) of Roche you reach in 10 to 15 minutes.

The river Rhein (only 150 m away) is ideal for walking and for swimming in the summer.
