Welcome to your new office space at Täfernstrasse 20 in Baden-Dättwill. Office spaces 1 and 6 (as per the floor plan in the appendix) are available for rent immediately or by arrangement, either individually or together.

The rental contracts have a notice period of 6 months to the end of each month (except December) and can be terminated flexibly.

Net rent CHF 240.–

Additional costs flat rate CHF 30.–

Total rent per m² per year CHF 270.– plus VAT

The additional costs are agreed upon flat rate (no billing). The electricity costs are included. The house has a fiber optic connection, and the internet connection and lighting are the responsibility of the tenant.

Excellent traffic connection:

The Baden-West (A1) motorway junction is accessible in less than 5 minutes, making it easy to arrive by car. The location offers an excellent connection to public transportation. The area is accessible by bus at quarter-hour and half-hour intervals. Additionally, good train connections are available via the Mellingen-Heitersberg and Baden train stations.
