In the entrance area, kitchen, living-dining area, new tile floors were laid, everything was newly plastered and painted. All windows were replaced in February with burglar-proof and sound-insulating windows. The garage door was replaced this year.

The house has an alarm system that can be used if needed. There is also a central vacuum system with one connection per floor. A laundry chute from the 1st floor to the laundry kitchen.
