The MIC has spaces to meet all your needs!

Our main asset: our ability to accompany each tenant throughout their development, whether it's administrative areas or research (lab) and production areas (workshop / industrial hall).

From a single individual office (from 9m2) to an open space area (up to 156m2), we have an inventory of spaces that allow you to develop your business serenely.

We can also offer a grouping of offices on one or several floors. We also have semi-raw plates to be fitted out (between 500m2 and 900m2 approx) and configured according to your needs.

We also offer the "FlexOffice" model, an all-inclusive office rental (rent with charges): two workstations, storage, services at your disposal (printing area, social space with coffee, reception service).

As a tenant, you also have additional services such as:
