In the House to Freudenfels, monument protection, traditional craftsmanship, and modern functionality come together. The careful renovation by the architects of Tilla Theus and Partner AG, takes into account historical details and creates contemporary, barrier-free workspaces at the same time.

On three floors, offices with different layouts are being created: The units on the 1st and 2nd upper floors measure approximately 171 m2 and 177 m2, while on the ground floor, an area of approximately 111 m2 is available.

• Room 2: approximately 24 m2, field paneling and plastered cross vault

• Room 3: approximately 36m2, with tea kitchen; decorative wood frame as room divider

Mobility: Public bicycle parking spaces as well as parking possibilities on the Kirchhofplatz, bus stops, and the train station are reachable in about 5 minutes on foot
