Dank optimaler Anbindung ist der HB mit dem Tram in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Für einen Zeitraum von 3 Monaten von Anfang Juni bis Ende August suchen wir zuverlässige Untermieter:innen, die unsere Wohnung in dieser Zeit geniessen und schätzen.

Der Mietpreis beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie Strom und Internet.

We are renting out our lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with a small balcony in the beautiful Kreis 5. The apartment is located in a very quiet area in a charming neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the Limmat river and ideally situated between Limmatplatz and Escher-Wyss-Platz.

Thanks to excellent transport connections, Zurich main station can be reached in just 3 minutes by public transport.

We are looking for reliable subtenants for a period of 3 months (June – August) who will enjoy and take good care of our beloved home during this time

The rental price includes all additional costs as well as electricity and internet.
