5-minute walk to the train station and bakery, 15-minute walk to shopping centers. By train, it's 10 minutes to St. Gallen and 30 minutes to Lake Constance or the Alpstein mountains.
The house has 4 floors. Shared use of living room (satellite TV, Joyn, Blu-Ray, internet radio, Spotify), dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, steamer, oven, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, water boiler, deep fryer, Oskar kitchen machine), shower, toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying room, Stewi in front of the house), garden terrace, WLAN, 3 parking spaces, 1 mountain bike.
We have a shared flat fund for general expenses.
Rent CHF 700 including utilities, deposit CHF 700.--. There are house rules!
