The restaurant is located in a highly visible area in Zurich and offers a clear view into the cozy dining room thanks to its spacious glass front. The immediate surroundings include hotels, shops, other restaurants, offices, and various public transportation stops, ensuring a consistently high occupancy rate.

The bright interior can accommodate around 45 guests, who can watch the pizzaiolo prepare the dishes. A special eye-catcher is the large wood-fired oven. In front of it is a spacious pizza preparation station with refrigerated drawers. The area is complemented by a take-away and delivery zone with a drink cooler and a drink buffet, equipped with a coffee machine, coffee grinder, beer tap, refrigerated drawers, cash system, wine cooler, glass washer, and sink.

The inviting terrace offers additional seating for about 40 guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a saladette, large pasta cooker, 4-plate electric stove, fryer, meat slicer, vacuum cleaner, double sink, dishwashing kitchen with dishwasher, cold storage, dough machine, and freezer. Optional, a room and a parking space can be rented additionally. The room is currently used for Airbnb and generates a monthly revenue of around CHF 5,000.
