Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie ein separates WC mit Badewanne, eine moderne Küche, Fußbodenheizung sowie eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sie liegt im 2. Stock auf ruhiger Innenhofseite in zentraler Lage, mit guter Anbindung an Bus und Bahn und einem Lidl in Laufnähe.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 1’600 pro Monat (pro Person) und beinhaltet Strom, Heizung, Wasser und WLAN. Die WG besteht derzeit aus einer Personen, die Mitbewohnerin ist eine Lehrerin. Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Zwei Monate Kaution, Kündigungsfrist sowie Parkplatz optional.

From July 1, 2026, one room is available for sublease in a modern 3.5-room apartment (94 m²) (NOT the entire apartment). The offer is exclusively for people under the age of 40.

The room is approximately 13 m². The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet with bathtub, a modern kitchen, underfloor heating, and a private washing machine and dryer. It is located on the second floor, facing a quiet inner courtyard in a central area, with good public transport connections and a Lidl within walking distance.

The monthly rent is CHF 1,600 (per person), including electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi. The shared apartment currently has one resident. You will be sharing the apartment with a teacher. Good German or English skills are required. Two months’ security deposit, notice period apply, and a parking space is available optionally.
