We rent a room of about 15m2 with a private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space and a storage room for winter, as well as access to the garden. The place is quiet and peaceful.
The room is furnished with a new 120/200 bed, including bed linen and towels. A cleaning lady comes once a month to clean the rest of the house, the maintenance of the room, kitchen and bathroom is done by the tenant
We are looking for a single person who owns a car, is calm and organized, and is a non-smoker.
The rent includes all expenses. A deposit equivalent to the rent will be required and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer and winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 hour from Lausanne and 1 hour from Geneva. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.
The place is quiet and without noise, and offers many opportunities for walks in the surrounding area.
