Die moderne Einrichtung ermöglicht unseren Gästen einen angenehmen und sorglosen Aufenthalt. Die Bilder zeigen das Einzelzimmer (Bilder 1 bis 3) und das kleine Doppelzimmer (Bilder 4 & 5). Der Einrichtungsstandard ist in jedem Appartement ungefähr derselbe.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind die Nebenkosten, Internet und der zwei-wöchentliche Reinigungsservice mit Wechsel von Bett- und Frottierwäsche. Zur gratis Mitbenützung: Waschküche mit Bügelgelegenheit. Die Mindestmietdauer ist 2 Monate. Bei Reservation von nur 1 Monat fallen zusätzliche Mietkosten von CHF 150.00 an.

Wichtig zu wissen:

Pro Stockwerk teilen sich vier Parteien eine Toilette die regelmäßig (mehrmals pro Woche) professionell gereinigt wird! Nur das Studio verfügt über eine eigene Toilette.

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Dusche. Es hat keinen Lift!

Nicht in der Miete inbegriffen ist die Grundreinigung des Appartements nach Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses (Auszug). Die Grundreinigung beträgt 200.- CHF, beziehungsweise 250.- CHF für das Studio mit eigener Toilette.

Fully furnished apartments with kitchenette, shower, LCD television with satellite connection and free of charge W-LAN high speed. The modern interior allow our guests a pleasant and carefree stay. The pictures are showing the single apartment (pic 1 -3) and the small double apartment (pic 4 & 5). The furnishing standard in each apartment is approximately the same.

Included in the price are the additional costs, Internet as well as the two-weekly cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels. Free use of laundry room with ironing facilities. The minimum rental period is 2 months. For reservations of only 1 month, additional rental costs of CHF 150.00 apply.

Important to know:

Four parties share one toilet per floor, which is professionally cleaned regularly (several times a week)! Only the studio has its own toilet.

Each room has its own shower. There is no elevator!

Not included in the rent is the basic cleaning of the apartment after the end of the lease (moving out). Basic cleaning is 200.- CHF, or CHF 250 for the studio with its own toilet.
