This lovely 2.5-room apartment is located as a separate apartment in a two-family house in the old village center of Ronco s. Ascona. It was completely renovated in 2026 with modern materials and is rented out partially furnished, including all additional costs.

The connection for TV and internet is already prepared and can be operated at your own expense if needed.

The house has a heat pump with flat radiators, which, together with a wood stove in the living room, provides a cozy atmosphere in the cool season.

In the living-dining area, there is still enough space for your own couch/sofa bed.

The kitchen is also new and has already been partially equipped with accessories. You are welcome to add or replace your own favorite items here.

The shower bathroom with WC presents itself elegantly and has a "walk-in shower" as well as a washbasin with a lit mirror. There is also a practical washing machine (top loader) for your laundry.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and two modern bedside tables.

In front of the apartment, there is a lovely balcony with a view of the beautiful inner courtyards/houses in the Nucleo.

You can reach the apartment via a short walk from the church square.

Access is via a few steps. A parking permit (week/month/whole year) for your car can be purchased from the municipality if needed.
