Description

Ursprünglich war das Gebäude ein Stall mit Heustock. Hier bin ich aufgewachsen und konnte später das Wohnhaus realisieren. Der Ort und seine Einwohner liegen mir sehr am Herzen. Weil unsere Freunde die Dachwohnung nach Jahren verlassen, suchen wir wieder jemanden, der zu unser Familie und in unser Haus passt.

Hier denken wir primär an junge, unkomplizierte Leute aus der Gegend, die zum ersten Mal eine Wohnung suchen.

Rund um das Gebäude wird Landwirtschaft betrieben, weshalb man Verständnis (oder bestenfalls sogar Kenntnis) für diese Arbeiten und die damit verbundenen Immissionen mitbringen sollte. Ansonsten sind wir weit weg vom Rummel des Weltgeschehens und geniessen die Ruhe und das bodenständige Leben auf dem Land.

Die Wohnung umfasst 3.5-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss des gepflegten Hauses mit markanter Holzfassade in Oberherten (8479 Altikon). Die im Jahr 2010 erbaute Wohnung bietet rund 80 m² Wohnfläche und einen durchdachten Grundriss mit Wohnbereich, Küche, Essbereich und zwei Zimmern sowie Galerie.
