Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates, sehr helles Zimmer mit Zugang zu einem praktischem Reduit mit viel Stauraum, eine offene Küche im Esszimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein geschlossenes Balkonzimmer, sowie einen eigenen Estrich, welcher direkt über die Wohnung zugänglich ist.

Vom Zimmer Nord hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über den Untersee. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, direkt über der Wohnung der Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt umgeben von einem grossen Garten an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, der See in 3 Gehminuten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Gartensitzplatz mit Sicht auf den See. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Wir suchen einen ruhigen Mieter oder Mieterin, welche die traumhafte Lage schätzt.
