Die Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler ist durch eine erhöhte Kochinsel (Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) vom Essbereich getrennt. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof sowie ein Kellerabteil.

 

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock ohne Lift. Am Dienstag und Freitag findet der Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Haustüre statt.
