Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Schule sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Wald und der Fluss befinden sich in der Nähe und bieten schöne Möglichkeiten zur Erholung.

Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein Kellerabteil sowie ein eigener Waschturm gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Ein Aussenparkplatz kann bei Bedarf für CHF 80.– pro Monat dazu gemietet werden.
