The 3.5-room apartment with gallery is located on the top floor of Chesa da la Posta. The building has a lift. With a built-in cupboard in every room, ample storage space is available throughout the apartment. The layout is certainly well conceived: there's even a large built-in cupboard in the entrance area!

A wall cupboard partially separates off the charming kitchen with a well-conceived layout from the living room. Large glass sliding doors lead from both the kitchen and the living/dining area out onto the balcony. The light-coloured laminate flooring and dark wood ceiling in the living/dining area ensure a harmonious look.

A bathroom with shower and two windows is also located on this floor, and connections for a washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the built-in wall cupboard. The bedroom has two large built-in cupboards. Stairs next to the bedroom lead up to a charming gallery space, which is furnished with a guest bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and a storage loft.

The apartment has been allocated two parking spaces in the underground garage, along with a cellar space. A laundry room as well as a ski/sport room are available for communal use.

This furnished and fully equipped apartment is available as holiday residence for annual lease.



L'appartamento di 3.5 locali con soppalco si trova al piano attico di Chesa da la Posta che dispone di un ascensore. Già all'ingresso dell'appartamento è presente uno spazioso armadio a muro ed è proprio lo spazio contenitivo ad essere il file rouge dell'appartamento; tutti gli ambienti sono infatti dotati di armadi a muro. Ben studiato, per l'appunto!

La cucina, parzialmente delimitata dal soggiorno da un armadio a muro, è ben studiata ed accogliente. Le ampie vetrate scorrevoli consentono di accedere al balcone sia dalla cucina sia dalla zona pranzo. Il pavimento in laminato chiaro presente nella zona giorno e pranzo crea un contrasto armonico con il soffitto in legno scuro.

Sullo stesso piano si trova anche la stanza da bagno con doccia e due finestre. Nell'armadio a muro sono presenti gli attacchi per lavatrice a asciugabiancheria. La camera da letto dispone di due ampi armadi a muro. A fianco della camera da letto una scala conduce al grazioso soppalco, dotato di un letto per gli ospiti. Adiacente a questo ambiente si trovano un secondo bagno con doccia e una soffitta.

Di pertinenza dell'appartamento vi sono due posti auto nel garage sotterraneo e una cantina. A disposizione dei condomini vi sono la lavanderia e il deposito sci/biciclette.
