We rent in Ponte Capriasca (via Orio) a 2.5-room apartment on the first floor in a building with only 4 apartments. The brand-new residence, in an area characterized by tranquility and greenery, has private gardens on the ground floor or covered terraces with awnings, covered parking (with provision for electric vehicle charging) and private cellars. Each apartment has two bathrooms and provision for installing a private laundry room. Each unit has large spaces facing outward.
