We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment in Buchs.

The apartment is spacious (147 m2) and well laid out, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and two bathrooms — ideal for four people. A separate laundry room inside the apartment adds extra convenience. Overall, the flat is well equipped and offers everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living.

We are four working professionals and value a relaxed, respectful atmosphere in the flat. We enjoy spending time and having dinner together .

The location is very central: Coop, Denner, and several restaurants are right outside the door. The train station is only a three-minute walk away, which also makes the apartment convenient for commuters.

Parking place in the garage can be rent separately.

I personally have enjoyed living here very much.
