From mid-July or at the latest from the beginning of August, I'm looking for a sublessee for a lovely 2.5-room apartment in Comano, in a quiet and residential area, on Via Brughi, about 15 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.
Very quiet and reserved context, in a building with few units.
It consists of:

Bedroom
Corridor with built-in wardrobe
Bathroom with bathtub
Balcony
In addition:

Covered parking space included
Condominium laundry room
