Die moderne Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Ein Kellerabteil sowie die Mitbenutzung von Waschküche und Trockenraum gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage in Zürich Affoltern mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Der Bahnhof Zürich Affoltern ist in rund 11 Gehminuten erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle Hungerbergstrasse in etwa 3 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The bright living and sleeping area is fully furnished and provides direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the bathroom features a shower. A private storage room in the basement is included, and tenants also have access to the shared laundry and drying rooms.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Zurich Affoltern with excellent public transport connections. Zurich Affoltern train station is approximately an 11 minute walk away, and the Hungerbergstrasse bus stop can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot. Shops and other everyday amenities are within walking distance.

The building is currently undergoing façade renovation works. These are expected to be completed by the end of August 2026 and should be finished before the tenancy begins.
