By arrangement, we rent bright and representative office/practice spaces on the ground floor in the heart of Murten's old town. The rooms are ideal for various usage concepts – from classic offices to practice rooms to creative or temporary projects.

The spaces are divided into four separate rooms. There is the possibility to rent partial areas and design them flexibly according to needs. The usable areas vary between approximately 25 m² and 36 m².

The rooms are particularly suitable for:

• Co-Working / office communities

• Start-ups or sole proprietors

• Pop-Up concepts

• temporary or limited rental solutions

• project or transition offices

A toilet and a small coffee kitchen are available for shared use.

Since we are the existing main tenants and currently hardly use the spaces, we are looking for flexible and uncomplicated subtenants. If desired, a complete takeover or handover of the spaces would also be possible.

The rent is flexible and negotiable depending on usage, area, and duration.
