I am renting out my private, furnished area in a listed villa for a few months. The unit consists of two rooms, one behind the other, with a bathroom including WC in the middle. The kitchen is shared, as are numerous other communal rooms. In total, eight adults and two children live in the villa - the community is familial, uncomplicated, and warm.
