Upon arrangement, we are leasing this 3.5-room apartment situated on Via Brattas in a quiet residential area. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multiplex comprising just four residential units.

Property features: Open plan living/dining room with garden access; separate kitchen with a fridge, oven, glass ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one large bedroom with a built-in cupboard and one smaller bedroom. Two spacious bathrooms (1x shower/WC, 1x bathtub/WC) are located on the hill-facing side of the property. A garage parking space completes the offerings. NB: there is no cellar space available.

Please note that this apartment is intended as a first home as per the municipal regulations. This means that the tenants must make this apartment in St. Moritz their primary residence.

L'appartamento è così composto: zona giorno e pranzo open space con accesso al giardino, cucina indipendente con frigorifero, forno, piano di cottura in vetroceramica e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da due camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale con armadio a muro e una seconda camera più piccola.
