Entrambe hanno 4 punti luce, armadio, scarpiera, e zona ufficio con scrivania e relativi mobili, frigo privato, bollitore per acqua te tisane, silenziosa, finestre tutte su giardino. Bagno di uso esclusivo, studenti al piano

Free starting from July and August 2026, I rent also for short periods (but minimum 1 month), this large room of 24 sq mt - in villa with garden and terrace in Lugano Breganzona in via bonoli n27 near 5vie/conservatorio/RSI/bus n.3, furnished, ( I have 2 rooms of 24 square m.: 1 with king size bed and 1 with single bed ) both with 4 light-points, wardrobe, shoe rack, and office area with desk and related furniture, private fridge, kettle for water, tea, herbal-tea, silent, with a window overlooking the garden. Bathroom on the same floor
Included in the price: use of the laundry once per week, use of the kitchen, wifi, serafe, and expenses, use of the terrace, garden and swimming pool (in summer)
Regular contract and notification to the Inhabitant Control Office
Price: fr/month 670.00 all included. no bail.
the entire house is of 300sq mt on 2 floors, in the house lives the family (me, my 8 year old son, husband - who is always away during the week because he works abroad) and 2 peaceful, sociable and friendly cats
