Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Keller- und Estrichabteil. Die Waschküche und der Veloraum stehen für alle Mieter zur Verfügung; der Strom für die Benützung der Waschküche wird direkt mittels Schlüssel dem Stromzähler der Wohnung belastet.

Die Spiel- und Aufenthaltswiese hinter und rechts der Liegenschaft steht für alle Mieter zur Verfügung. Im Moment kann ein Parkplatz für Fr. 50.-- pro Monat gemietet werden oder eine Garage für Fr. 120.--.

Die Wohnung wird maximal 3 erwachsenen Personen vermietet oder an ein Ehepaar mit einem Kind (maximal 1 Kind). Haustiere sind nur nach Abklärung mit der Verwaltung erlaubt, jedoch keine Hunde.
