It's a place of collective living, friendly and creative

Location: Recordon 1004 *Lausanne* - first floor, with elevator
Loft of 200m² the rooms were built by the first roommates 15 years ago (since they are homemade walls, tolerance to ambient noise or earplugs may be a plus)
The common areas: A large, equipped kitchen, several large living/dining rooms, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, another toilet and a large terrace of 100 m2 !!!! (smoking allowed only on the terrace)
Shared apartment of 7 people in total, between 23 and 35 years old, between 155 cm and 195 cm
gardener, landscape architects, artist, stage art, dance, medicine
French, Argentine, German, Swiss
and you?
*700 CHF* /month, including utilities (including common purchases) + one month's deposit
Room ~ 11m², furnished with a fair price for the furniture
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals in the long term due to allergies
