The roommate situation works as follows: the apartment is on 3 floors, you have the exclusive use of the two upper floors + access to the common kitchen. I occupy the lower floor.
The rent is 2'000 CHF, including common building fees. Electricity, internet, and other expenses are still to be covered.
The roommate situation is with a 26-year-old man, entrepreneur, and working from the apartment all week. He often travels on weekends and extended weekends.
The roommate situation respects private spaces and takes place in a good atmosphere and with good communication.
