Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines modernen, 2022 totalsanierten Gebäudes und überzeugt durch einen hohen Ausbaustandard, eine ausgezeichnete Isolierung sowie einen Balkon.
Sie wird vollständig möbliert übergeben, mit hochwertigen Möbeln und sorgfältig ausgewählten Einrichtungsgegenständen, darunter TV sowie ein hochwertiges Schlafsofa im Büro-/Gästezimmer.
Mietzins: CHF 3300. pro Monat (Bruttomiete, inkl. Möblierung)
Die Wohnung ist strikt rauchfrei. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Wir suchen eine/n ruhigen, zuverlässigen und sorgfältigen Mieter/in oder ein ebenso ruhiges Paar mit stabiler finanzieller und beruflicher Situation, idealerweise im Rahmen eines zeitlich begrenzten Aufenthalts in Zürich (z.B. berufliches Projekt oder akademischer Aufenthalt).

We offer our furnished 3.5-room apartment (approx. 67 sqm) in a prime central location in Zurich for temporary subletting. The apartment is available for exactly one year due to the current tenants postgraduate stay abroad.
Rental period: 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 (potentially longer)
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building fully renovated in 2022 and stands out due to a very high standard of finish, excellent insulation, and a balcony.
It is handed over fully furnished, with high-quality furniture and carefully selected furnishings, including a TV and a high-quality sofa bed in the office/guest room.
Rent: CHF 3,300 per month (gross rent, including furnishings)
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
We are looking for a quiet, reliable, and careful tenant or an equally quiet couple with a stable financial and professional situation, ideally for a temporary stay in Zurich (e.g., professional project or academic stay).
