der pendelt, also entweder in einem anderen Kanton oder im Ausland seine Familie hat und in Zürich arbeitet, der eine feste Stelle und festes Gehalt vorweisen kann, der vor 1990 geboren wurde, und der vor allem einen Platz zum Schlafen braucht.

Die Lage ist gut für (zB) ETH/UZH/USZ-Beschäftigte geeignet.
