On offer is an absolute success story of a restaurant in the center of the city of Zurich.

The large, loyal, and often very affluent regular customer base loves this restaurant. During a visit, they sometimes stay for many hours in the restaurant and let themselves be pampered.

The restaurant belongs to a well-known and recognized top gastronomer. After almost 20 years, we are looking for a successor.

The clean, bright, and top-maintained ambiance is down-to-earth and cozy; there's no bling-bling here. The professional infrastructure of the business leaves nothing to be desired.

Basically, all good concepts are welcome here. But due to the great and long-standing success of this business, it makes sense for the successor to continue the current concept.

After discussion and if desired, it is also possible to take over the well-rehearsed staff.

The restaurant has approximately 80 indoor seats, as well as a popular cigar lounge with around 20 additional seats. The terrace has about 30 seats.

Important: The takeover price for the ongoing business, inventory, furniture, etc. is CHF 225,000.-.
