Convenience: Incredibly central. Excellent access to public transport (M2 metro line via Bessières or Riponne), supermarkets, and just a short walk down to gyms and cafes.
The Space: A beautiful and well-lit 22 m2 room in a 3-room flat. The common areas are kept organized and minimalist to maintain a clutter-free environment conducive to focus. 1.5 bathrooms. Theres a closet for your storage needs, and a common laundry room. The room is furnished and has a bed, 2 tables and a wardrobe.
