Gedanken zur Zukunft

Das Wohnen im Alter liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Als auf Alterswohnungen spezialisierte Firma dürfen wir mit diesem ersten Wohnprojekt „Wohnen im Waldegg“ in Winterthur einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten, damit ältere Menschen selbstständig und dennoch in einer gemeinschaftlichen Umgebung leben können.

Dabei stellen wir fest, dass in Winterthur weiterhin ein grosser Bedarf an gut erschlossenen Alterswohnungen besteht. Viele ältere Menschen wünschen sich ein selbstbestimmtes Leben – möglichst lange und gerne auch in einer nachbarschaftlichen Gemeinschaft.

Wir sind auch in Zukunft auf der Suche nach geeigneten Standorten um weitere Lebensoasen – ein Projekt mit Alterswohnungen – zu realisieren.  Ein Ort, an dem die Generation, die unser Land aufgebaut hat, ihren Lebensabend in Würde und Lebensqualität verbringen kann.
