Hello to you who's looking for a little paradise!
A room will be available from August in our beautiful house, which we've just moved into. We're looking for a new person to join our shared accommodation and participate in this great adventure.
The house is located in Assens, in a quiet and pleasant environment, while also being very well connected to the LEB, making it easy to reach the center of Lausanne in 20 minutes
Rent: 950 CHF, including all charges
The house includes:
5 rooms
A small guest room (or multipurpose room)
A large living/dining room
A large garden with a vegetable garden in the making
A garage
A laundry room
Plenty of storage space
Note: The room is rented empty and some spaces are still under renovation, as we've just moved in.
Who are we?
We are an international shared accommodation consisting of 3 Spaniards and 1 Greek, aged 30 to 39, with varied personalities, paths, and interests. We are ideally looking for someone in a similar age range and, preferably, a woman to maintain a good balance in the shared accommodation.
More than just renting a room, we want to welcome someone who wants to invest in the life of the house and share good times with us, while also respecting each person's space and rhythm.
