I am subletting my room from August 1st to mid-September in a large house located in a pleasant and quiet setting, near Lausanne.
Rent: including charges, including household products.
The house offers:
A room with the essentials (mattress, built-in wardrobe and small dresser that I can leave if needed)
Beautiful common areas
A large garden to enjoy the nice days
A convivial and relaxed atmosphere
You will share the house with several active, friendly and respectful people aged around 27 to 38 years. The composition of the house is currently changing, with several roommates also present temporarily.
This sublet is ideal for a person passing through the region, in transition between two homes, in an internship or on a professional mission.
